  5. Completion: Final deliverables and payment

Payment Terms

  • Rates specified in Statement of Work
  • Payment due within 14 days of invoice
  • Late payment: 2% interest per month
  • Services may be suspended for non-payment

7. Disclaimers and Warranties

Exclusive jurisdiction: Courts in London, England

Dispute Resolution

12. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes are effective 30 days after notification to existing clients.

Continued Use = Acceptance: Using our Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
